Monitor work progress and maintain quality control

Requirements: B.E. Civil Engineering, 2+ years site experience, knowledge of RCC structures.

Interior Designer

Design and execute beautiful, functional home interiors for our clients across South Chennai, blending modern aesthetics with practical living.

Create interior design concepts and 3D visualisations
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings
Coordinate with clients to understand lifestyle and preferences
Manage interior fit-out execution with contractors
Maintain project timelines and budgets

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, 2+ years experience, proficiency in AutoCAD or SketchUp.

Project Manager

Lead end-to-end project delivery for residential construction projects, ensuring on-time completion, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Plan, schedule, and track multiple construction projects simultaneously
Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the build
Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams
Monitor costs and flag budget variances early
Prepare project reports and present updates to stakeholders

Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or related field, 4+ years construction project management experience.

Sales Executive

Drive client acquisition for BDX Smart Homes by engaging prospective homeowners, conducting consultations, and guiding them through the construction journey.

Generate leads through referrals, digital channels, and networking
Conduct site visits and free consultation meetings with prospects
Present BDX Smart Homes services and the 7G Promise
Maintain CRM records and follow up with warm leads
Meet monthly acquisition targets

Requirements: Any graduate, 1+ years in sales (real estate preferred), excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.

Architect

Design innovative, functional residential spaces for BDX Smart Homes clients — from concept to construction drawings — ensuring every home reflects the client's vision and our quality standards.

Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections
Create 3D renders and walkthroughs for client presentations
Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants
Ensure designs comply with CMDA/DTCP regulations
Support site team during execution to resolve design queries

Requirements: B.Arch or M.Arch, 2+ years residential design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

Quantity Surveyor

Manage cost estimation and procurement for residential construction projects, helping BDX Smart Homes deliver homes on budget with full financial transparency.

Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates
Analyse drawings and specifications to determine material quantities
Source vendors, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing
Monitor project costs and flag budget variances
Prepare monthly cost reports and final account statements

Requirements: B.E. Civil or Diploma in QS, 2+ years experience in residential construction cost estimation.

Civil Supervisor

Oversee on-site construction activities under the direction of the Site Engineer, ensuring quality workmanship, material usage, and daily progress across our residential projects.

Supervise masonry, concrete, and finishing work on site
Monitor daily labour attendance and productivity
Check material quality and quantities at delivery
Identify and escalate quality or safety issues promptly
Maintain site diary and submit daily progress photos

Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering, 2+ years site supervision experience, knowledge of RCC and masonry construction.
