Leads the design and construction vision at BDX, bringing architectural thinking, site practicality, and material clarity into every home.
Based in Guduvanchery, Chennai, BDX Smart Homes is a technology-enabled home construction company delivering architecture, construction and project execution across South Chennai since 2013.
Our broader professional journey began in 2003 with Jini Builders. BDX was established in 2013, building on that earlier experience to bring architectural design, construction and project execution together for South Chennai homeowners.
We realised that a great design is only the beginning. Bridging the gap between what is designed, what a homeowner understands and what is finally built requires better planning, coordination and communication.
Today, BDX brings together Architecture, 5D BIM, 3D Visualisation, VR, Construction and Project Management to help homeowners plan, visualise and build their homes with greater clarity.
Our broader professional journey started with residential construction and hands-on project execution.
BDX brought architecture, residential construction and project execution together under one team.
Our experience grew across architecture, approvals, interiors, construction and project management.
BDX brings together technology, construction and project management for a smoother journey from concept to completion.
From architectural drawings to a home you can experience before it is built, BDX uses technology to make every decision clearer.
3D Visualisation, 5D BIM and VR help homeowners understand and experience their home before construction begins.
Visualise spaces, materials, finishes, electrical points, switches, lights, tiles, doors, windows, ceilings and furniture before execution.
Identify changes before execution and keep what you see, what you understand and what we build closely aligned.
Our multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, BIM professionals, designers, project managers and site specialists works together to deliver an integrated experience from design to handover.
Leads the design and construction vision at BDX, bringing architectural thinking, site practicality, and material clarity into every home.
